90. On his birthday, Citroen announced a plan of his own and to reinvent the desirability of the brand. The plan includes the presentation of a range of premium car that revive the iconic DS badge and will include three new cars, position in small, medium and large car segments. The illustrator’s first product line is new Citroen DS In concept was unveiled at a special event in Paris ahead of it developed in the Geneva Show next month.

Citroen DS In Concept Mini Clubman-sized preview of the concept of DS first production models, the DS3 has been officially confirmed in 2010. Citroen has not released any details on the car in Paris, but from what we gathered, it is mechanically related to the C3 Picasso MPV and the next-generation C3 hatchback. And, according to Citroen’s people we spoke to, DS3 production will not vary much from the concept you see here. Expect to see the DS3 is provided with a series of diesel engines and fuel in the BMW and PSA Peugeot-Citroen to develop 1/6-turbocharged liter petrol unit also powers the MINI Cooper.

Citroen DS Concept In addition to the DS3, the new line will include the Citroen C4 / VW Golf-DS4 and the size larger, C5 / Ford Mondeo-sized DS5. The future may very well be four-door coupe in the proposal like Passat CC.

As well as the scope of the new DS, Citroen also announced the introduction a three-dimensional version of it, two of the Chevron logo, redesigning the showroom and its sites, its commitment through the renamed WRC Citroen Sport division (known up until about the Citroen Racing) and most importantly, have more than three years, the company will deploy six new models in Europe, at a speed boot one every six months.
