The Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport combines LS3 Corvette’s powertrain based on the unique, broad and Body Styling a racing-bred suspension is for a model which bring balance and road race track performance. It is offered in both coupe and body conversion style with a six-speed manual or automatic six-speed transmission. The LS3 6.2L engine is rated at 430 horsepower (321 kW) and 424 lb.-ft. of Torque (575 Nm), with the standard exhaust system. Envisioned by the legendary Corvette engineer Zora Arkus-Duntov-such as a factory built, lightweight and race ready-production models could trump domestic and road-racing competitors, the original Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport is a promising idea that has led to the production in particular prototypes in 1963.
